Decker Supply Co., Inc., a Wisconsin based Traffic Control Sign manufacturer, understands the importance of effective Traffic Control Signs. This is proven by the variety of Traffic Control Signs that we manufacture using 3M® sheeting.

3M® has three different types of sheeting to use for Traffic Control Signs. They are Engineer Grade®, High Intensity Prismatic®, or Diamond Grade®. Each sheeting type offers a different grade of reflectivity, along with a warranty based on each type of sheeting. Engineer Grade® is the lowest grade of sheeting, and is mainly used for signs that do not require specific reflectivity requirements. High Intensity Prismatic® is a middle grade sheeting, and it meets the FHWA minimum Reflectivity Compliance. Typical lifespan of this sheeting can last up to 10+ years depending upon the weather elements & placement of the sign. Diamond Grade® is the highest level grade sheeting, and provides the most reflectivity. This type of sheeting also provides the best investment, as the typical lifespan of DG3® is up to 12+ years.

For the Traffic Control Sign substrates, we offer HDO plywood, and different gauges of aluminum (.040, .080, .100, and .125). These substrates come in the standard shapes and sizes, and can even be manufactured to customized shapes/sizes.
